If your school is not totally satisfied that we have met all points outlined below through our incursions, we will refund 100% of your investment.

1. Practical strategies will be articulated to students.

2. Clear rationale for the strategies will be provided to students (from neuroscience, psychology, education research or literature, or from years of practical experience working with students).

3. Presentation will engage students using different modes (video, stories, activities, reflection, partner sharing, etc).

4. All TCP incursions are relevant, age-appropriate, challenging, positive and presented with enthusiasm and confidence.

5. Our streamlined booking process is simple and effective, simultaneously ensuring attention to detail and minimal paperwork for schools. This allows teachers and school leaders more time to focus on the important work of educating young people to become their best.

6. All team members are carefully screened and selected, highly trained and hold a current Teacher Registration or Working With Children.

7. TCP has all necessary Risk Management forms complete and available upon booking.
